Terms of Service
Last updated 6 November 2026
Who we are
Postwire is a Verituscore product. Verituscore is a technology brand owned and operated by Fazza Holdings Limited (“we”, “us”). These terms govern your use of Postwire at postwire.verituscore.com, including its website, dashboard and the Postwire connector used by AI assistants.
The service
Postwire connects email accounts you control, using IMAP and SMTP, to AI assistants you authorize, such as ChatGPT and Claude. It is not an email provider and does not host your mailbox. Your mail provider and your AI provider are third parties with their own terms, which also apply to your use of them.
Your account
- Give accurate registration details and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Connect only mailboxes you own or are authorized to access, and only grant AI connections the access you intend.
- Review drafts before approving them. You are responsible for email sent from your mailboxes, including email your AI prepares and you or your settings approve.
Acceptable use
You must not use Postwire to send spam or unsolicited bulk email, to harass or deceive anyone, to distribute malware, to infringe others’ rights, to break the law or your mail provider’s or AI provider’s terms, or to attempt to access accounts, data or systems you are not authorized to use. You must not interfere with or overload the service or try to circumvent its limits and security controls.
We may limit, suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other people at risk. Where reasonable, we will tell you why.
Your data
Your email remains yours. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy notice. You can revoke AI connections, remove mailboxes and deactivate your account at any time.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Postwire secure and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Third-party services Postwire depends on, including mail providers and AI assistants, can change or become unavailable. We may change or discontinue features; for significant changes that affect you we will give reasonable notice where we can.
Liability
Postwire is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, for loss of data or profits, or for the content of email sent from your mailboxes. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
Ending the service
You can stop using Postwire and deactivate your account at any time under Account & Security. Deactivation revokes all AI connections and deletes stored mailbox credentials.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using Postwire after a change, the updated terms apply.
